A Dream Born from Grace

Wilson Ssesaazi was born into deep poverty in a small village in Uganda. As a young boy, he had no clear vision, no mission, and no visible path out of hardship. Life seemed limited by circumstances beyond his control.

But at just 10 years old, everything changed. Through the kindness of a foundation that believed in vulnerable children, Wilson was given an opportunity — sponsorship for his education. Someone he had never met chose to believe in his future. That single act of love rewrote his story.

Education opened his mind. Support restored his dignity. Hope gave him purpose.

After completing his studies and working for some time, Wilson made a life-changing decision. Sixteen years after receiving help, he returned to his village. What he found broke his heart — many children were still facing the same poverty, the same struggles, the same lack of opportunity he once endured.

The foundation that once helped him was no longer active in his community. Instead of turning away, Wilson chose courage over comfort. He resigned from his job and stepped into faith, founding Love Kids Charity Foundation Uganda — determined to become for others what someone once was for him.

Today, Love Kids Charity Foundation cares for over 120 children, providing education, food, healthcare, guidance, and hope. What began as one sponsored child has become a movement of transformation.
